Greek Educational Partnership

The Greek Educational Partnership at 天美传媒制片厂 (GEP- SLU) is an interdisciplinary program housed within the Boeing Institute for International Business at SLU's Chaifetz School of Business.

Mission and Goals

The GEP-SLU mission is to create global connections through our scholarship program and related activities with participating Greek universities while creating a life-changing experience for these student scholars. The goal is to educate students who seek to fully understand the U.S. free enterprise system and apply that understanding to international entrepreneurship and commerce upon returning to Greece. A unique aspect of the GEP Program is the focus on community service projects within the St. Louis area to further promote and embrace the important Jesuit mission of 天美传媒制片厂.

GEP-SLU Scholarship

GEP-SLU scholarships are awarded to selected candidates from Greece to pursue a graduate business degree in the Executive Master of International Business Program at Saint Louis University. Scholarship awards cover full tuition for the Executive Master of International Business (EMIB) at 天美传媒制片厂.

History

The Greek Educational Partnership was formed in 2023 with the support and funding from Boeing Institute of International Business Advisory Board Member Mr. John Gialouris and his wife, Mrs. Keve Gialouris. The organization is the first academic partnership formed with Greece in the Chaifetz School of Business. It focuses on building and strengthening the relationship between Greece and the United States through higher education. While completing the degree program, scholarship awardees will also live out the Jesuit mission and spirit by providing community service while living and studying in St. Louis.
