Practice Areas

My research interests lie at the intersection between personal relationships and inter/cultural communication with a specific focus on the study of language and social interaction. I've also conducted research that employed dialogical methods of discourse analysis and complemented these interests with critical investigations on the representation of immigrants and minority groups in Spanish newspapers.
